Longtime Security Solutions Northwest leader and former ESA chairman takes on expanded regional leadership role.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – July 14, 2026 – Security 101, a leading national provider of integrated security solutions, today announced the promotion of Jamie Vos to Vice President, Sales and Operations, West Region. In the role, Vos will lead sales leadership and operational execution across the company’s western territory, supporting field teams and integrating newly acquired businesses as the company continues to grow.
The appointment is part of a broader initiative to strengthen regional leadership across Security 101’s footprint. The company is establishing Vice President, Sales & Operations roles in each of its regions, with searches actively underway for the two remaining regional positions. The new structure reflects several years of expansion driven by organic growth, rising customer demand and strategic acquisitions that have deepened Security 101’s presence in key markets.

Many in the industry know Vos through Security Solutions Northwest of Bellingham, Washington, which became part of Security 101 in 2023. A second-generation security integrator, Vos entered the industry in 1994 through his family’s business, Bellingham Lock and Safe. From there, he moved through roles spanning locksmithing, electronic security, operations, and leadership, eventually helping lead Security Solutions Northwest as a respected regional provider of commercial security and life safety solutions.
Vos has also been a visible and respected leader in the broader security industry, with roughly 30 years of experience building relationships and advancing the sector. He served as President and Chairman of the Board of the Electronic Security Association (ESA), the largest U.S. trade association representing the electronic life safety and security industry.
