Security 101 is proud to announce that Jennifer Anninos, Director of Sales Enablement, has been recognized as part of the Security Industry Association (SIA) Women in Security Forum Power 100, an annual program honoring 100 women who are shaping the future of the global security industry through leadership, innovation and impact.
Presented by the SIA Women in Security Forum (WISF), the Power 100 program celebrates women who are breaking barriers, redefining leadership and driving progress across the security profession. The recognition highlights individuals who serve as role models, mentors and changemakers within their organizations and across the industry.
Since joining Security 101 in March 2024, Jennifer has been central to building the infrastructure that helps Security 101's national network operate as one. As Director of Sales Enablement, she supports more than 60 locations by developing practical tools, playbooks and resources that help teams navigate the sales process more effectively and deliver consistent value to customers. Her work brings clarity and repeatability to a fast-growing organization while preserving the local expertise and relationships that define Security 101's service model.
Jennifer has also created new opportunities for engagement and knowledge sharing across the company. She launched and leads a monthly seller call series that brings together teams from across the organization to share best practices, recognize performance and align on strategy — becoming an important forum for communication that reinforces connection across Security 101's distributed network of offices.
Beyond operational leadership, Jennifer has made a lasting cultural impact as a founding member of Women in Security 101, the company's employee resource group dedicated to fostering connection, professional development and inclusion.
Launched in 2024, the group has grown quickly, bringing together employees from across the organization to support women working in the security industry. Under Jennifer's leadership, the program has hosted professional development discussions, a book club, panel conversations featuring male allies, community service efforts and events recognizing International Women's Day. It creates a visible platform where women can connect, learn from one another and see themselves reflected in leadership roles across the organization.
