Security 101 is now recruiting for a Service Coordinator to work with our Senior Service Coordinator in tracking service contracts, active dispatching of service technicians, billing, and parts repair tracking.

Salary:

Hourly wage varies from $27.00 to $32.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills, product knowledge and experience.

Skills/Abilities:

The Right Candidate
Must have prior experience in dispatching service personnel and the ability to effectively communicate to customers and technicians’ requirements for scheduling service-related issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must be detail oriented.

Timely and accurate update of each job and contract files
Professional, business-like manners with Customers and Service Technicians

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all Service call details including labor, parts and issues are properly logged into the Security 101 Software application, and ensuring such information is available to the Accounts Receivable department for proper invoicing of customers.
Maintains Customer Service Contract information database up to date in the Security 101 Software Application.
Responsible for working with the Service Dispatcher in the tracking of material orders, repairs and returns.
Responsible for assigning scheduled maintenance calls to Service Technicians.
Maintain all Customer Service Department files up to date.
Assist Service Dispatcher in the Operations-to-Service Turnover process.
Maintains Customer warranty information up to date.
Works with the Service Dispatcher on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School (or GED) minimum requirement.
2-year associate’s degree.
