Security 101 – Corporate is now recruiting for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the Director of FP&A. This role will involve financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance. You will also mentor a Junior Analyst and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary:

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with skills, and experience.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and updates of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze performance vs. budget/forecast, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with business units to provide financial insights and modeling for key decisions.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and support a Junior Analyst in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and reporting.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects, including ROI analysis, cost management, and business initiatives.

Education:

  • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
