Brent Sherman brings over thirty years of sales and management experience to Security 101. His work experience in the professional healthcare sales industry include: Area Sales Director in the Midwest, Commercial Business Director on the West Coast, and Sales Manager in the Midwest. Brent has a proven and consistent track record of success throughout his career. He received numerous awards as a Professional Healthcare Sales leader in the pharmaceutical and rare disease markets. These awards include the leadership excellence award, Regional Director of the Year, Circle of Excellence, and consistent rankings in the top 10% of the nation with several top tier pharmaceutical companies.
Brent is a highly accomplished Sales Leader with extensive experience in a wide range of vertical segments. He has a proven track record of performance, maximizing revenue, developing talent, and building high performing teams. He has expertise in resource deployment, accountability, hiring and coaching, skill development and coaching, and strategic leadership to drive performance. His experience and expertise include large account management, marketing, training, sales operations, and market planning. He is also an accomplished cross-functional team leader with significant collaborative experience in product launch and collaborative performance complemented by strong communication and tactical deployment skills.
Brent received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and his MBA degree from the University of Michigan, Flint. During his career, Brent has lived throughout the Midwest and West. He currently resides in the Chicago area with his wife Nancy.
