Paul Newton

Paul Newton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the commercial security industry. With over 30 years of experience, Paul has held key leadership roles in various organizations, overseeing operations, managing projects, and fostering relationships with clients. Currently, Paul serves as the Director of Operations at Security 101, a leading security solutions provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since April 2021, Paul has been responsible for overseeing all operations and maintaining relationships with existing and new local and national accounts. Prior to joining Security 101, Paul worked as an Account Manager at Honeywell Building Solutions, where he successfully managed projects and provided accurate bids for clients in San Bruno, California. Before that, he served as a District General Manager at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc / Kratos, where he managed a $60 Million P+L, oversaw operations for California with 2 branches, and held roles of Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Western Regional Operations Manager. Paul's experience also includes running his own general contracting business, where he was responsible for bidding, site survey, project execution, managing subcontractors, billing, and customer service for a wide range of projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Paul's educational background includes a Certificate in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, as well as General Studies from De Anza College. He also holds a C-7 California Contractors license issued by the State of California and is a certified SIA CSPM (Security Industry Association Certified Security Project Manager). With his extensive experience and expertise in the security industry, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his current role as the Director of Operations at Security 101 and continues to make valuable contributions to the field.
