Responsibilities include, but not limited to, enterprise systems integration of security software onto corporate networks. Manage licensing for all access and CCTV systems. Liaison between Security 101 personnel, contractors, and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Knowledge:
  • 4 years database administration on enterprise systems
  • Proficient running SQL queries and/or building custom queries for client reporting needs
  • 4 years integrating enterprise access control and CCTV systems
  • Advanced knowledge of computer networks and associated devices and systems
  • Cisco CCNA certified
  • MCSE Professional and/ CompTIA Network+, Security+
Product Knowledge:

Access Control certification or 4+ years’ experience

  • Honeywell Pro-Watch
  • Software House Ccure 9000

CCTV certification or 4+ years’ experience

  • Honeywell MAXPRO

Service Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing items sold, leased, or rented with service contract or warranty, tracking service contracts, supervision and active dispatching of Customer Service Technicians on a daily basis, service billing, parts repair tracking, and completing department operations reports.

Key Duties & responsibilities:

Other duties may also be assigned. Please note that the essential functions may vary depending on department size, organizational structure and/or geographic location.

  • Develops and maintains Customer Service Database consisting of current service and warranty contract information as well as expired contract information using the Security 101 Software Application
  • Responsible for planning of Scheduled Maintenance calls and assigning routes and schedules through the Service Dispatchers
  • Determines labor hours, parts and equipment required for scheduled service call
  • Track labor hours, parts and equipment consumed in responding to unscheduled service calls, and generate reports using the Security 101 Software Application
  • Requisitions replacement parts and supplies to maintain service inventory
  • Responsible for tracking departmental material orders as well as factory repairs and returns
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and care of company assigned vehicles. Vehicle must be clean and free of defects that are considered unsafe by the company or state law
  • Provides assistance to Service Technicians in resolving difficult system or equipment issues, including coordinating / escalating issue with manufacturers’ management when necessary
  • Ensures Service Dispatchers are properly trained on Security 101 Software Application in the dispatching of technicians and the tracking and documentation of labor hours, parts and issues involved
  • Manages service department budget and profit margins
  • Responsible for ensuring customers are invoiced on a regular and consistent basis by the Accounts Receivables Department according to each customer’s contract terms
  • Maintains after-hours on-call schedule
Supervisory Duties:

In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, may perform the following supervisory responsibilities: Interviewing, hiring orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

The following are the minimum qualifications an individual need’s in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.

Knowledge:

Associates degree (2 years) or Bachelor degree (4 years) in technical capacity is desirable − 4+ years of progressively increasing levels of responsibilities within a service or contracting environment − 4+ years working in the electronic field where AC/DC theory is used on a daily basis − 4+ years working with computers at the systems level − Understand of networks, telecommunications, PLC and relay logic.

Skills/Abilities:
      • Strong knowledge of project management, resources allocation and cost controls
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Communication skills to include customer presentations and ability to write correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small groups
      • An understanding of financial reports and the ability to contain costs
      • Solve practical problems and carryout responsibilities under general supervision
      • Ability to organize departmental workload in an effective manner
      • Strong customer relations and results oriented
      • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
      • Function as an effective team member
      • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves. − CPR qualified
