In addition, we have a National Accounts division with staff throughout the country that support large clients. Our focus is enterprise-class security applications designed to be centrally managed for a client base of Fortune 500 Companies where physical security converges with network security. Salary:
Annual salary range is $50,000 to $85,000, exempt, commensurate with skills, product knowledge and industry experience.

Skills/Abilities:
- Must have 5 years sales or technical experience in commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems
- Prepares service repair quotes for customers after receiving information from service technicians in the field.
- Prepares box sale quotes for credentials, licensing, and software support
- Knowledge with common industry products such as Honeywell, Genetec, Exacq, Software House, Milestone, Openpath, Axis, Lenel, and Avigilon.
- Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking
- Must be able to work independently and resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction
- Inside sales support experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle the ordering, receiving, and shipping of box sales.
- Create and send Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC), proposals to support small installations, relocations, and upgrades.
- Prepares service repair quotes for customers after receiving information from service technicians in the field.
- Prepares box sale quotes for credentials, licensing, and software support.
- Assist with the preparation of preventative maintenance contracts for customers.
- Help service technicians in resolving difficult system or equipment issues.
- Estimate labor hours, parts and equipment needed to complete service calls.
- Develop and deliver service repair estimates using our custom software application.
Education:
- High School (or GED) minimum requirement
- Associate degree
