Security 101 – Dallas is now recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative that can identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities while working with the Senior Account Executive to execute tactics and strategies for better lead generation.

Salary:

Total compensation from $100,000+, (with commissions, bonuses, and no earnings cap) commensurate with skills, security industry experience, and product knowledge. You also benefit from a generous commission plan with no earnings cap. We will also provide you with a cell phone, laptop, and an auto allowance.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of outside sales or technical sales experience.
  • B2B electronic security industry knowledge required. Consultative sales experience preferred as well.
  • Experience with the construction process and security installation is preferred
  • Performance minded salesperson, self-confident & dynamic, who exhibits a competitive spirit.
  • Good time management skills to handle all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic about being able to earn 6 figures with no commission caps.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and building relationships with new clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients that result in installation or servicing opportunities.
  • Performing consultative site surveys, system design, estimating and proposal writing.

Education:

  • High School (or GED) minimum requirement
  • 4-year degree preferred
