Security 101 – Corporate is now recruiting an Office Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing comprehensive administrative support for our corporate office with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This opportunity provides support and partners with all operational areas throughout our organization.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $20.00, non-exempt, commensurate with skills and experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) match plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.

Skills/Abilities:
- 2+ years progressively responsible, related administrative experience.
- Strong phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors to Security 101, informs their intended Security 101 host, and attends to their immediate comfort.
- Answers the telephone, provides basic Security 101 information, and/or dispatches the caller to their intended Security 101 contact.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, calendars, and conference calls for executives.
- Organizes, replenishes, maintains, and tracks order for stocking items for the break room.
- Support office administration with the procurement of office supplies and printer services.
- Accounting support in creation of company credit cards and administration of corporate credit card program.
- Management and administration of company cell phone program.
- Administers shipping and receiving FedEx/UPS packages.
- General Administrative support for jobs (filing, typing, copying, etc.).
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks, such as preparing meeting materials, managing supplies, and coordinating events.
Education:
High School (or GED) minimum requirement
