Sean Dowd is the Owner of Security 101 – Nashville. Sean has over 25 years of professional leadership and entrepreneurial experience. He has developed several technology and marketing businesses and has managed and installed complex technology systems for numerous companies. He leads the team in providing integrated security solutions for companies to protect their people, property and profits. His expertise in building trusted relationships with clients and delivering customer focused solutions has been pivotal to his success. Sean is a graduate of Dickinson College and attended the Mammoth College MBA program. Sean enjoys skiing, boating, wakeboarding and golf. He also loves spending time with his family.
Jeff is the Operations Manager at Security 101 – Nashville in Tennessee. He is in charge of making sure Security 101’s customers have the best installation experience throughout the entire process. Jeff has 18 years of experience in the security field and has worked exceptionally hard to stay ahead of the technology curve. In 1995, he started in the existing home security market and over the next 3 years did mostly new and existing home low voltage systems. In 1998 he started working in the commercial/industrial field and since then has specialized in commercial access, CCTV, security, and fire. In 2001 He went to work for ACS, LLC as the 2nd security tech and helped in the growth of the company. Jeff is excited to be on the Security 101 –Nashville team providing "fanatical customer service".
