The client has footprints in North America and Europe with many locations in remote, hard-to-service areas. The company produces a full line of consumer, industrial, food service, and specialty sweetener products.
Company used one system in North America and a separate system in Europe, however, both systems were aging and looking to centralize on a common platform. The system functionality and needs were different depending on location, with Europe primarily using it for time and attendance and North America using it for access control. The company had some extreme, remote locations and coordinating all site upgrades simultaneously across multiple cultures, countries, and languages.
