management, and marketing. In addition, he served as President of Security One
Systems, Inc. from 2003-2005. During his tenure, Security One experienced a rapid
growth rate that doubled under his guidance |

| Jim is a (30) thirty year veteran of the Security Industry. He started in 1978 with
Gibraltar Security and worked as Operations Manager for Guardsman Central Security.
In 1990, he co-founded Security One Systems, Inc. and grew the business from startup
to twenty seven (27) million in revenue with only organic growth and internal funding. |

Chris Wise has been an integral part of the day to day operations of this company. Mr. Wise
founded Security 101 of Georgia in 2004 to provide service to a market that has been
inundated with acquisitions. Security 101 is focused on excellent customer service
delivery. |

| His vast years of experience and his Military background give him the leadership to
coordinate the functions of all of these departments. His scope includes receiving
progress reports from the installation and sales departments on a weekly basis.
